The Group has managed, implemented, delivered and put into full productive use a substantial number of projects on behalf of national and international organisations. These projects not only require considerable technical known-how, but also a great capacity for organisation, planning of complex, interdependent activities, co-ordination of teams of consultants from diverse cultural backgrounds and an ability to communicate and understand the objectives of various stakeholders in a project.

ADA actively pursues international technical assistance programs funded by the European Commission and has been particularly successful in winning international contracts under Pre-Accession and Meda programmes.
