ADA Group is constituted by privately owned independent consulting firms, based in Ankara and acting countrywide in Turkey. The leading company of the ADA Group was founded in 1986 under the name of "ADA Mühendislik", is the pioneer service provider on turnkey IT solutions in Turkey. As its wide spectrum of activities increased, new companies were established, or became associated or integrated.

The Group's clients include national and local institutions (such as public bodies, Universities, business associations, NGOs, etc.), all the major international donor/development organisations (such as European Commission, World Bank, United Nations, etc.) and private sector companies especially SMEs. ADA Group of Companies currently is formed by:

• AdaSoft Danismanlik ve Yazilim Hizmetleri Tic. Ltd. Sti., established in 1996

Since 2002 the international consulting business has been integrated into ADA Mühendislik. The Group works in close cooperation and partnership with key European institutions and consultancy companies, on various projects.

Through a rapid, consistent and successful course, ADA Group has been recognized as one of the most dynamic, innovative and fast-growing consultancy company, specializing in the provision of technical assistance for large scale EU External Aid Programmes in Turkey, by the European institutions and organisations.

Team

The activities in the national and international environments have allowed ADA Group to build up a multidisciplinary, multinational core team of full-time personnel with a sound mixture of qualified young experts and experienced senior staff.

The core team has an extensive professional experience on national and international turnkey projects to deliver consulting, systems integration, project management and has particular knowledge on national and international (EC, WB, UN, etc.) technical assistance programmes as well as the procurement rules.

In addition, ADA Group can draw upon a wide range of specialists from the national and international partner institutions/firms and it has a continuously updated human resource databank, providing details of a wide network of local and international freelance experts. The Group is therefore able to mobilise precisely the right expertise for each individual task in its project portfolio.

Ms. Engin Karakaya

is the founder and shareholder of Ada Mühendislik, AdaNet and AdaSoft, and also serves as General Director of Ada Mühendislik and AdaNet. Ms. Karakaya holds B. Sc. degree in Computer Science Engineering and heads the ADA Group of companies.

Mr. Oguz Senbaklavaci

is the founder, shareholder and serves as General Manager of AdaSoft. Mr. Senbaklavaci holds B. Sc. degree in Computer Science Engineering and leads the Business Development Division of the ADA Group of companies.

Mr. Özer M. Sager

is the founder of AdaNet and AdaSoft, shareholder of Ada Mühendislik, Adanet and AdaSoft, and serves as Project Manager of Ada Mühendislik. Mr. Sager holds B. Sc. degree in Computer Science Engineering and leads the Marketing Division of the ADA Group of companies.

Mr. Murat Iliman

is the founder, shareholder and serves as Technical Manager of Ada Mühendislik, AdaNet and AdaSoft. Mr. Iliman holds B. Sc. degree in Computer Science Engineering and leads the Technology Development Division of the ADA Group of companies.

Mr. Ilker Yaltirikli

serves as Procurement Manager of Ada Mühendislik and AdaNet. Mr. Yaltirikli holds B. Sc. degree in Physics Engineering and leads the Procurement and Administration Division of the ADA Group of companies.

Mrs. Perim Yasar

serves as Accounting Manager of Ada Mühendislik and AdaNet. Mrs. P Yasar holds a degree in Accounting and leads the Finance Division of the ADA Group of companies.
